Prepare for your jaw to be on the floor at FKA Twigs’ 2025 Met Gala look for “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.” The singer arrived on the red carpet in a flapper-esque look full of feathery details designed by Wales Bonner, paired with chic Manolo Blahnik heels, and looked absolutely incredible.

Sooooo good.

FYI, this isn’t the first time FKA and Wales Bonner have collaborated. They also worked together way back in 2016 on some of Twigs’ crystal-covered performance outfits. At the time, the designer said, “Twigs came to the (AW16) show and asked to collaborate on something together. We have met in the past and I am energized by her ambition and work ethic. We both had a history of working with Swarovski and saw this as a chance to do something exciting.”

“The clothing was inspired different notions of black spirituality,” Bonner added. “There is a purity and simplicity to the clothing, which is all made in ivory raw silks and embellished with Swarovski crystals and cowry shells. It was nice working with fabrics and techniques that I feel are like handwriting to me.”

These two are a match made in fashion heaven, fact.
